More Leaders 

We need more leaders of all types. It is not "followers and leaders," it is instead many leadership roles across the organization.  

Building Relationships

Leadership is not telling people what to do. Leadership is a process of building relationships among people so that they can work together to solve problems and achieve goals. 

Improve and Learn

There are always better ways. Sometimes we may disagree, but in the end we find a better solution if we have a chance to learn along the way.
